Privacy policy
The short version: the Noru Flow app keeps your captures on your Mac, and the only thing this website ever stores is an email you choose to give us for a single launch notification.
Who runs Noru Flow
Noru Flow is built and run by Glendon Chin. For any privacy question, or to have your email removed, write to hello@noruflow.com.
What this website collects
Right now, nothing. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no cookies, and the waitlist forms are not yet active. When a waitlist opens, the only thing we collect is the email address you type into it. We do not ask for your name and we do not track your browsing.
Why we collect it
Only to send you one notification: when the signed build is ready, or when Pro ships, depending on which waitlist you joined. We do not sell your email, and we do not share it with anyone for their own use.
Who stores it
No waitlist is open yet, so no emails are collected. When one opens, emails will be held by a third-party form provider, named on this page at that point, acting only on our instructions to run the signup. We do not store the list anywhere else.
How long we keep it
Until the notification you signed up for has been sent, after which we delete it. You can ask us to remove your email sooner at any time.
Your choices
Email hello@noruflow.com to see what we hold about you or to have it deleted. There is no account to manage, and nothing to unsubscribe from beyond that one notification.
The app itself
The Noru Flow macOS app has no account and no telemetry. Your captures, audio, and search index stay on your Mac. The app makes one kind of outbound request: it checks GitHub for new versions so it can offer you updates. It sends no captures and no personal data when it does.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page. Last updated: 19 June 2026.
